Hello Hookahvillians. As you may or may not have heard by now, we have changed venues for the upcoming Hookahville on September 2-5. This was a move made out of necessity, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause anyone. The new venue is J&M Ranch, located at 6129 Reed Rd., Ansonia, Ohio 45303. Unfortunately Thunder Hill, the original venue, was not able to hold the event. This is in no way a reflection of the owner of the venue. He did absolutely everything within his power to try to facilitate Hookahville, but was held back by a variety of issues. We want to thank Chris Beckholt for his efforts this year. He was working under very trying circumstances, brought on by the untimely closing of his previous venue. To be clear, there was nothing more Chris could have done to keep this change of venue from happening. We’d also like to thank Jim Garibaldi and his crew, not only for doing everything possible to try to make Thunder Hill work, but for hustling and putting together everything needed at J&M Ranch so we can still have Hookahville in the manner that you all are used to.
Putting together an event like Hookahville is never easy, and this one has become even more involved than usual, but we are 100% confident that this will go off without a hitch. We thank you for your continued support, your understanding, and once again, we apologize for any inconvenience this change has caused.
